 Today we set off for the next leg of our journey, from Koh Lanta to  Malaysia, starting with a fairly easy first trip on the boat to Hat Yao and then 45km to Trang.

We expect to be on the Perhentian Islands by about mid May, as we want to take our time on the way there.

As always, we will be teaching all AIDA or Apnea Academy  courses from AA, level 1,2 and 3,  the AIDA * ,**,*** and up to AIDA ****, as well as specialty courses like the AIDA Competition Safety Freediver or Monofin freediver. Of course, personalised trainingis will also be available.

South-East Asia is well connected, so our courses are not limited to northern Malaysia!
