Long awaited, Triple Depth 2009 has started here in Dahab at the Blue Hole. headed off by the mini static competition. People have notably played safe yesterday with Alexey doing a mere 6:45min.

Today was the day for Free Immersion. The often ignored discipline of freediving still got some people to depth and we were able to see a couple of national records and nicely enough not a single blackout or samba.

Some of our lanyards got their first competition experience, some of our friends set national records. It was a very good day.

You will find all the results (and  Linda's snide comments) here.
