Sea Bees' Dive Boat, the AragonOur partner in Thailand, the Sea Bees, are putting together an AIDA ranking competition in Thailand and it looks like they want to start big. Starting with announcements on February 17th and ending on the 20th, they are looking at offering the classical Apnea-Triathlon of CWT, DYN, STA.

With Blue Planet Divers' Andaman Freediving Challenge happening the week before, a trip to Thailand is becoming a very interesting option if you are looking at competing in 2011.

The Pool at the Palm Garden Resort

Sea Bees are planning to offer 80m depth for the depth event running from their 1st class dive boat Aragon which will be equipped with a counter weight system for this and further freediving events.

The Dynamic event will be held in an olympic size 50m pool and statics (and the post-comp-celebration, of course) in the Palm Garden Resort in Chalong Town.

They have a knack and a reputation for running things very smoothly, so the competition may well turn out to be quite nice.

We are very much looking forward to judging this event and also to seeing some of you out there!
