AIDA Freediving Instructor Course in Thailand

On popular demand, the first AIDA Instructor Course in Thailand will be held on 17.-30. November 2011 at the AIDA Instructor Training Centre We Freedive in Phuket, Thailand.

If you are considering becoming a Freediving Instructor we highly recommend also attending the Watsu course with Kim Hartz in October. It will be an invaluable addition to your teaching skills. (I have had some Watsu training and it is perfect for what we do. If you want to add to your qualification as a freediving instructor, then this course is definitely for you - Richard)

The AIDA Instructor course is a great challenge and your chance to join the ranks of the AIDA Instructors, each of whom is proud to have passed the requirments to achieve this status.

AIDA continues to define the standard for freediving education world wide and it is the AIDA Instructors who make it their responsibility to pass on the knowledge and skills for safe and enjoyable freediving to the world of freedivers and freedivers-to-be out there.

One month before the beginning of the course (or upon confirmation of your booking), you will receive the topic for your research paper which you will be presenting to your Instructor Trainer and your fellow instructor candidates during the course.

Any booking will only be confirmed upon full payment of the course fee of 34'860 THB, which include 14 days of tuition, confined and open water sessions and supervised instruction of student freedivers. Of course with video analysis of your in- and out-of-water performance.

You are eligible to enroll in this course if you are a certified AIDA **** Freediver. The number of available spaces is limited to four.

The in-water performance requirements for the AIDA Instructor certification include among others 40m CWT, 4:00 STA in demonstration quality dives.
