Richard has joined the ranks of the nineteen (19) active AIDA Master Instructors worldwide and we are thrilled to offer AIDA 4* courses wherever we are.

The AIDA ****, also dubbed the Master Freediver, is an advanced freediving course offering an even deeper understanding of the physiology behind freediving, extensive insights into the training techniques of world-class freedivers, in and out of the water - even going as far as finding out about the impact a freediver's diet will have on his/her diving.

 

Being a certified AIDA **** Freediver allows you to act as an assistant instructor in other AIDA courses. This in itself is an invaluable chance of gaining more insights into other professionals' diving and training.

To take the AIDA **** course, an advanced certification level (AIDA *** or equivalent) is required.
